Data Analyst

Insight Global is looking for an intermediate Data Analyst to join a top bank downtown Toronto for a 12-month contract within their Risk group.

The right candidate will be proficient with Python and SQL. The Analyst will be responsible for maintaining current Python scripts, creating business requirements, and supporting with automation. They will be responsible for tasks across daily production/reporting and project work for a new infrastructure project. They need strong communication and problem solving abilities.

Base pay range

CA$50.00/hr - CA$55.00/hr

12 month contract + possible extensions

Pay: $45/hr T4 $50/hr incorp

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Previous experience in counterparty credit risk (CCR) and/or market risk (MR)
• Previous experience in a financial institution.
• Proficient with SQL and Python.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with GitHub Copilot is an asset
