Description de posteTrain and coach crews on proper planting and horticultural techniques. Oversee plant installation and transport, ensuring zero damage. Prune, water, and guide staff on plant health and maintenance. Identify plant pests and diseases and provide treatment guidance. Inspect nursery stock and tag plants for upcoming jobs. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and plant treatments as needed. Get hands-on with planting and maintenance when needed. 3–5 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or equivalent hands-on knowledge. Spray License (Landscape Exterminator) – required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. A sharp eye for plant health and detail. Love for working outdoors—in any season.
