As a valued team member, you will play a key role in driving growth through genuine, value-based conversations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding individual needs and recommending appropriate products and services
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects
Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service to clients on matters such as policy changes, eligibility, claims, coverage details, and billing
Work closely with the agent to set and achieve sales and marketing goals
What We’re Looking For:
Previous sales experience (retail, inside or outside sales, telemarketing, etc.) is an asset
A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — written, verbal, and listening
A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a genuine passion for customer service
Ability to manage multiple priorities with ease and professionalism
Confident in presenting to individuals or groups
Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required for interview (must be willing to obtain if hired)
