We are seeking a senior Accounting & Financial Analyst to support month-end close, financial reporting, treasury activities, and cash flow preparation, while partnering closely with the FP&A team. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and experience working in a project-based, asset-intensive environment such as elevator construction and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Close Support
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Perform variance analysis and investigate fluctuations
Support audits and internal control requirements
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Produce month-end financial reporting and management analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling activities in partnership with FP&A
Analyze working capital, liquidity, and cash flow trends
Treasury & Cash Flow
Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts
Support treasury-related activities, including liquidity monitoring and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance(Must) / CPA designation or active progress toward late stages of completion(Preferred)
3+ years of experience in accounting and / or financial analysis
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Advanced Excel skills , including complex formulas and financial modeling
Experience supporting month-end close and reporting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred / Assets
Experience in a construction, project-based, or asset-intensive industry(Preferred)
Experience working with Oracle ERP
Exposure to EPM and / or SAP consolidation tools
Prior FP&A support experience
