We are now looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Manager of Supply chain, Sourcing and Inventory, to contribute to a strong Operations team.

What you will do :

• Sourcing. Manage Vendor Performance & Risk; Expand Vendor network; Landed cost analysis; Support Sales Team with project costings and timeline negotiations; Work with Design to drive New Product Introduction Plan; Support with New parts setup and structure;
• Purchasing. Lead & assist the purchasing team (1 report) ensuring daily objectives and priorities are met; Setup of min / max / reorder points; Setup EOQ; Maintain purchasing schedule; Setup and maintain KPIs;
• Logistics. Oversee development and management of Freight vendors; Support customs requests;
• Inventory control. Monitor receiving process; Lead the annual cycle count plan; Inventory management (aging, valuation, substitutions, adjustments, new launches / drops, RMAs, RTVs etc);
• Leadership. Assist in the development, training, and adherence of the department policies & standards to support growth; Lead continuous improvement within your team;
