A career as an Analyst in the Compliance Team at National Bank Financial means contributing to the modernization of wealth management tools. Your role :

  • Participate in the migration and integration of compliance policy and procedure documentation to a SharePoint site.
  • Contribute to the design, information architecture, and development of an attractive and easy-to-navigate SharePoint site.
  • Facilitate access to currently segmented information.
  • Implement governance to ensure content remains up to date.
  • Ensure there is no duplication of information across our sources.
  • Create an information structure that simplifies content searches.
  • Develop infrastructure enabling the use of digital assistants, such as Copilot, to query information.
  • Provide SharePoint assistance and training to colleagues involved in the project.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field deemed relevant.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint features, including information architecture, content types, metadata, workflows, security, search, and governance.
  • Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision to meet project milestones and deadlines.
