The Role :

Work Location / Schedule : Vernon, CA Hybrid 3 days in office

What You'll Do :

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations focused on inventory and cost accounting
• Prepare monthly flux explanations and gross margin analysis
• Perform monthly purchase price variance and received-not-vouchered reconciliation (RNI)
• Prepare monthly SL to GL inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
• Work with the inventory control manager to ensure inventory transactions are recorded accurately
• Manage inventory accounting team to assist in the 3-way match process, investigate inventory discrepancies, and work with AP, Production and DC operations on variance resolution
• Review and help maintain accurate inventory costs in our ERP (NetSuite)
• Ad hoc analysis related to inventory and COGS fluctuations
• Manage and develop inventory accounting staff
• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and consultants to support inventory cost testing

Compensation :

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $ 130,000 – $140,000 + 10% bonus eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company's discretion.
