Position : Apple Mac System Administrator

Job Description :

Typical Responsibilities :

• Core System Administration

Manage and maintain macOS environments and Apple hardware at scale.

Use tools like Jamf Pro Mosyle Intune or Apple Business / School Manager for device configuration enrollment and policies.

Provide technical support for end users including hardware operating system and application issues.

Generate technical reports dashboards and logs for systems health and usage.

Work with other IT teams (Windows cloud services Help Desk) to integrate macOS devices into broader infrastructure.
