Responsibilities :
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issuesManage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviewsOversee employee onboarding and orientation programsMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsAdminister employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeepingCoordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plansProvide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and proceduresConduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegationsDevelop and deliver HR training programs for employees and managersSkills :
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze data and provide insights for decision-makingProficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ADP, Oracle, Ceridian, or PeopleSoftFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and compliance requirementsExperience in budgeting and financial managementBenefits :
