About the Role

Bombardier Defense is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead programs from inception through completion, ensuring delivery on business and financial objectives including cash flow. The Program Manager will oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance while serving as the primary customer contact, supporting contract negotiations, program reviews, and alignment on requirements. Responsibilities include developing proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), budgets, and financial terms, expanding product opportunities with customers, establishing and monitoring program milestones, resolving issues through resource allocation or contract adjustments, and directing cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and other business units to achieve program success.

Primary Responsibilities

More specifically :

Set and continually manage project expectations with customers, team members and other stakeholders.

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, while identifying and managing dependencies and the critical path. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Perform Risk Management and Mitigation in a pro-active fashion.

Perform lessons learned when required.
