HR Business Partner – Drive People Strategy in a Growing Water Infrastructure Leader

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make an impact in a fast-growing, dynamic company? Join a collaborative, long-tenured team supporting North America’s water infrastructure sector during a major growth and scale up phase.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead change management and harmonize legacy HR policies
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Support benefits enrollment administration and HRIS implementation (Vista Viewpoint)
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and onboarding
  • Build scalable HR processes and deliver data-driven insights
  • Coach managers and leaders to foster a positive, compliant workplace

What You Bring

  • 5+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems and advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of provincial employment laws; US HR experience a plus but not required
  • No-ego, collaborative approach with respect for legacy processes
  • Bilingual French / English a bonus but not required
  • Location & Work Arrangement

  • Based in North York, 5 days per week onsite with some flexibility
