Forklift Operator

Randstad is seeking a reliable, safety-first Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced tire distribution team in Nisku. This isn't just a warehouse role; we need a precision operator who excels on a Stand-Up Dockstocker and takes pride in a well-organized facility.

You will be the backbone of our logistics—expertly handling inbound and outbound shipments, loading customer orders with care, and ensuring every product is stored with 100% accuracy.

Expertise: Proven experience on a Stand-Up Dockstocker Forklift.

Versatility: Comfortable balancing lift operation with manual warehouse duties.

Reliability: You have your own transportation to our Nisku location and a rock-solid work ethic.

Responsibilities
Operate a stand-up dockstocker forklift safely and efficiently.
Load outgoing shipments for customers according to order requirements.
Unload incoming products from suppliers and place items in correct warehouse locations.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Valid Forklift License.
Minimum 1 year of experience operating a stand-up dockstocker forklift and/or stand-up counterbalance forklift.
Experience in a tire distribution center is a strong asset.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated awareness of workplace health and safety standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High level of accuracy with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork skills.
Frequent lifting, raising, bending, and pushing.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs repetitively.
