Job Title : UIUX React developer

Location : Scarborough, ON (3x onsite a week)

Employment Type : Contract

Pay Rate : CAD$45 - $50 / HR INC

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, Develop and maintain scalable web applications
  • Lead architectural discussions, code reviews and best practice implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Designers, BSA, Back-end team and QA
  • Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability
  • Ensure technical feasibility of UI / UX designs (FIGMA) and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces
  • Work with databases, BFF layers and APIs to build secure and efficient Front-end systems

Technical Skills Required

  • Front-end : React, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Semantic UI
  • Back-end : Node.js, Express.js, PHP
  • Databases : MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
  • Other Skills : Strong debugging, performance optimization and problem-solving abilities
  • Nice to have : Banking Experience

    • Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience of hands-on software development experience
  • Proven track record of building and deploying full-stack applications at scale
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies and best coding practice
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
