Schedule : Thursday to Monday

Pay Rate : CA$23.00 / hr

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Control & Quality Administrator to join our Distribution Centre on the night shift. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and resolving discrepancies in a fast-paced environment. Reach‑truck experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control activities including cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Identify, research, and resolve inventory variances to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other computer systems to track and update inventory data.
• Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Independently manage inventory-related issues during the night shift.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all inventory processes.
• Support quality control initiatives and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
