Quality Assurance Administrator

Base pay range

CA$36.00 / hr - CA$37.00 / hr

We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Quality Assurance Administrator in Burlington, ON .

What You’ll Do :

• Record customer complaints in internal systems (CS notifications, NCR logs, etc.)
• Assist with product containment and follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate with Warranty / Service teams for inspections.
• Work with Sales on issuing credits or replacement orders when needed.
• Help prepare shipping documents and perform basic product checks.
• Help manage product and process non‑conformance reports.
• Perform basic material checks and help quarantine or tag suspect products.
