Accountabilities This role develops over time, with increasing responsibility as judgment and familiarity with our files deepen.
Capture, organize, and manage evidence that supports case theory and outcomes.
Coordinate with clients, the Canada Revenue Agency, and the Department of Justice to keep matters moving cleanly.
Organize discoveries, meetings, and procedural steps with precision.
Support lawyers by ensuring files progress on time and to standard.
Draft clear, persuasive correspondence and submissions.
Qualification Graduate of a recognized Canadian law clerk or paralegal program.
Proficiency with standard productivity software and comfort adopting new systems.
English Proficiency C1 or Higher.
Ontario resident who possesses eligibility to work in Canada.
Work Model This is an office-first role.
In-person collaboration matters, particularly in the first year, and supports how we work, train, and deliver outcomes.
