Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical CAD Designer to become a part of our team! If selected, you will be designing Custom Automation Equipment in SolidWorks.

We are located in Waterdown, Ontario L0R 2H2.

Qualifications :

Experienced in SolidWorks
Can create and modify 3D models in SolidWorks.
Can prepare fabrication drawings, assemblies, lasered drawings, machined drawings etc.
Can develop installation drawings and General Arrangement’s.

Responsibilities :

Prepare diagrams and drafts for mechanical devices and machines

Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments

Review and modify designs to reduce production deficiencies

Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload

Coordinate with other colleagues regarding complex diagrams
