OVERVIEW

Vertex is seeking a Biologist with biophysical and commercial consulting experience to join our Commercial and Urban Development team in the Lower Mainland BC.

In this leadership role you will oversee multidisciplinary environmental projects ensure technical excellence and guide the growth of Vertexs biophysical and commercial practice in British Columbia. With the support of senior management you will have the opportunity to build and mentor a high-performing team strengthen client relationships and shape Vertexs expanding presence in the BC market.

This position offers a balance of technical project delivery team leadership and strategic business development with opportunities to work on diverse projects that contribute to sustainable development across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage biophysical and commercial environmental projects including :

Vegetation soils wetlands wildlife fisheries and aquatic assessments

LOCATION

This position will be based out of Surrey British Columbia. This position will be both field and office based.
