We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Release Manager

to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across multiple business units. This role is

not DevOps-focused

, but requires strong technical awareness, especially in

Unix environments

SaaS platforms

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

, and

Server / Database patching

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage end-to-end release cycles, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to align release schedules.

Maintain release calendars and communicate release plans to stakeholders.

Ensure all release documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements are met.

Track and report release metrics, risks, and issues.

Support post-release validation and incident resolution.

Coordinate and track

server and database patching

activities in collaboration with infrastructure teams.

Understand and manage dependencies

Required Skills

Strong understanding of

Unix / Linux

environments (basic commands, log analysis, etc.).

Experience managing releases for

SaaS-based applications

Familiarity with

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

and its role in enterprise integrations.

Experience coordinating

server and database patching

activities.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar for release / change tracking.
