Are you an organized, creative leader passionate about designing engaging, high-quality camp experiences? Do you thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and have experience coordinating programs and mentoring staff? We’re looking for a Program Coordinator to join Centre Camp’s leadership team and oversee all aspects of camp programming, ensuring every camper enjoys a fun, inclusive, and meaningful experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily camp programs and activities that are engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate
• Coordinate and facilitate special events, including theme days, guest visits, and field trips
• Develop and maintain the daily master schedule and overall camp calendar, ensuring balanced programming for all camper groups
• Supervise and mentor Specialist staff, providing ongoing guidance, support, and performance feedback throughout the summer
• Collaborate closely with the Activities and Operations Coordinator and camp leadership to ensure seamless program delivery
• Encourage staff creativity and foster opportunities for new programs and initiatives
• Manage program inventory and order supplies as needed to support smooth operation
• Develop and facilitate pre-camp training and provide ongoing coaching for Specialists and Counsellors
