Position: Senior Financial Analyst - Financial ReportingLocation: Vaudreuil-Dorion - hybrid 1-2 days in the officePerks: 15% bonus on yearly salary, $600 wellness budget, continuous learning policy (master´s degree, certifications), 4 weeks vacationAbout the Role:We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Reporting) to join a dynamic and growing finance team. This role will play a key part in preparing financial statements, supporting GAAP conversions, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong audit experience and a keen eye for detail who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.Key Responsibilities:- Take full ownership of the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements (FS).- Support the US GAAP conversion, including restatement of prior quarters and Q4 reporting.- Assist with internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.- Collaborate closely with finance leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver accurate and timely reporting.- Participate in special projects, including the preparation of upcoming Q3/Q4 FS upon onboarding.Qualifications:Required:- CPA designation - 3-4 years of experience in audit, ideally from a public accounting firm- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP- Solid understanding of internal controls and financial reporting processesNice-to-Have:- Exposure to SOX compliance and documentation- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite- Prior industry experience (beyond public accounting) is a plusWhy Join Us:Our finance environment is fast-moving, complex, and full of learning opportunities.
