This role reports to the Canadian Resilience Business Area Director and leads the ISC group comprising Sustainable Operations, Sustainability Advisory, and Digital EHS &S business units.

Role Description

Arcadis seeks a motivated leader to build and grow a professional services group. Responsibilities include leadership, financial performance, team development, collaboration across the matrix, and delivery of the business unit metrics and the Resilience bottom line.

• Sustainable Operations – risk, EHS compliance, advisory, industrial hygiene, permitting & compliance, M&A due diligence.
• Digital EHS
• Sustainability Advisory

Salary

The salary range for this position is $166,000–216,000. Base salaries will vary based on location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
