Description de posteProcess invoices and post customer payments Follow up on overdue accounts and collections Handle reconciliations, credit memos, adjustments, and discrepancies Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues Assist with month-end close and AR reports Keep accurate records and ensure compliance Use Excel and accounting software to analyze accounts and improve processes Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 1+ year experience in AR, accounting, billing, collections, or finance Comfortable with accounting software (Sage 300, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas) Organized, accurate, and great communicator in a fast-paced environment Experience with customer portals or high-volume AR is a plus

Pay : $21.63 / hr + Benefits
Schedule : Monday–Friday
A busy, growing company in Thorold is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk / AR Analyst to join their high-volume accounting team. If you have AR, invoicing, collections, reconciliation, or accounting admin experience and want stability with room to grow, this is a great fit!
