Job Title : Forklift Operator

Job Description

Work in a union environment with a focus on products from General Mills (Old El Paso, Betty Crocker cake mix, cereal). Responsibilities include using the counterbalance forklift to put away and pick products, training on the clamp, pallet wrapping, and operating a reach truck.

The role involves 80% forklift operation and 20% other tasks.

Hard Skills

• 2 years Counterbalance forklift experience
• AB certification
• Warehouse experience
• Understanding of English for safety purposes

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Calgary, Alberta.

Work Environment

SHIFT : Thursday to Sunday 6 : 30am 5 : 00pm or Saturday to Tuesday 6 : 30am 5 : 00pm. Pay Rate : $18 per hour.

wooden joists for the construction industry and is located in the McKnight

Industrial area, which is transit accessible. You will work in the outdoor yard

with a team of machine operators. Shift : 5 : 30am-2 : 30pm, Monday-Friday, with two

15-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Expect 1 / 2 hour of overtime

per day.
