Job Description

We are seeking skilled forklift operators for our warehouse in the Northeast of Calgary. This position involves order picking and operating machinery such as the Raymond Reach and Order Picker Machine with an RF scanner. The role combines material handling equipment operation with general warehouse duties, contributing to a small, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and order picker machines efficiently.
• Utilize RF scanners for order picking and inventory management.
• Perform general labor tasks within the warehouse as needed.
• Assist with the receiving and shipping of goods.

Essential Skills

• Forklift operation and certification.
• Experience with material handling and order picker machines.
• Proficiency with RF scanners.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• AB certification on forklifts
• 2+ years of recent experience with reach and cherry picker machines.

Work Environment

The work environment is a small warehouse located in Calgary's NE. The team consists of three warehouse workers, fostering a close-knit and collaborative atmosphere.

The shift is from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Calgary, AB.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
