Breakaway Executive Search is seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to lead crews, ensure quality work, and support daily production across a landscaping, construction, and lawn maintenance company in Milton, ON. Salary : $80,000-100,000 / year Responsibilities : - Lead, train, and support field crews - Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards - Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment - Perform site checks and resolve on-site issues - Communicate with the Production Manager and clients as needed - Maintain accurate labour and material tracking - Other duties as required Qualifications : - Previous Supervisory experience within the landscaping / construction / maintenance industry - Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal) - Strong leadership skills - Great problem- solving skills - Knowledge of safety practices and WSIB standards Apply today!
