WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build scalable software, programs and applications ensuring high availability, resiliency, integrity, and reliability
• Collaborate with lead engineers and architects on solution design, scoping, and estimation
• Participate in regular peer code review and quality control
• Stay current with technology trends and share expertise with team members
• Engage with Business Systems Analysts and Software leads to gain consensus on solution architecture and implementation approach
• Identify technical issues, risks, and define mitigation approaches with the delivery team
• Contribute to Proof‑of‑Concept work and prototyping
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily scrum sessions
