$60,000-$70,000 / yearResponsibilities
Identify prospects in need of Randstad’s workforce services & solutions- temporary, temporary to hire and permanent roles (70% of the day)Main POC- build strong relationships with hiring managersCreate partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makersExecute the activities that will gain results (lots of phone calls, emails, virtual and on-site client meetings)Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potentialNegotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutionsCoach, handle candidate issues / concerns (payroll, terminations etc), and retain talentOffer innovative and creative employment solutionsEffectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates (30% of the day)This is NOT an Account Manager roleQualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience (B2B sales is a strong asset)hospitality, food & beverage, etcBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred but not required)Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the pastTechnically competency and the ability to connect with othersTrack record of delivering results in a sales metrics-driven environmentAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environmentPassion for results, resilience, self-confidence, self driven and the desire to do an exceptional jobExcellent communication, presentation, and customer service skillsPossess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN!#J-18808-Ljbffr
