Responsibilities

• Technical troubleshooting and providing solutions to complex issues, including capacity planning and recommendations.
• Project work and collaboration with multiple team members.
• Participation in semi‑annual Disaster Recovery (DR) fail‑over testing as outlined in bank policies and procedures, ensuring DR functionality.
• Updating policies and procedures as required.
• Occasional overtime and rotational 24x7 on‑call support.
