Bachelor's degree in a related field At least four years of relevant data valorization, analysis and visualization experience Knowledge of French is required Proficiency in data visualization and interpretation techniques Knowledge of a programming language such as SQL, SAS, and Python Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, or other visualization software General knowledge of the individual insurance industry

Key responsibilities :
- Help clients define their needs to ensure that the initiative or project meets the actual needs of users
- Participate in prioritizing mandates by assessing the impact on members, clients and the organization
- Build and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using database management systems
- Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, and recommend improvements to data management
