Key responsibilities :
- Help clients define their needs to ensure that the initiative or project meets the actual needs of users
- Participate in prioritizing mandates by assessing the impact on members, clients and the organization
- Build and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using database management systems
- Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, and recommend improvements to data management

Bachelor's degree in a related fieldAt least four years of relevant data valorization, analysis and visualization experienceKnowledge of French is requiredProficiency in data visualization and interpretation techniquesKnowledge of a programming language such as SQL, SAS, and PythonKnowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, or other visualization softwareGeneral knowledge of the individual insurance industryBusiness insight, Collaborates, Innovation, Interpersonal Savvy
