The Opportunity :

As the Controller at BUOY6, you will lead financial operations for BUOY6 and its franchises. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate with a third-party accounting firm while also driving the development and implementation of financial systems and reporting structures. You’ll lead teams, manage complex projects, and implement strategic financial initiatives to support the company’s long-term goals. Your leadership and organizational skills will be pivotal in ensuring that BUOY6 maintains its financial health and operational efficiency, positioning us for continued success.

Key Responsibilities :

Budget Management & Financial Planning

• Develop and manage budgets and P&L statements for BUOY6 and franchises.
• Analyze financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver consolidated P&L statements monthly and maintain a standardized chart of accounts.

Cash Management

Financial Reporting

System and Process Improvement

Revenue Planning and Forecasting

Performance Expectations
