Inside Sales Representative

Location : GTA (Fully Remote)

Salary Range : $60, Base Salary + uncapped commission potential

What Will You Do?

Conduct outbound sales calls to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that add value

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and shape strategy

Track and update sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively position offerings

What Do You Bring?

2+ years of inside sales experience with a strong track record of success

Proven ability in B2B lead generation and new business development (hunter mindset)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach

Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team setting

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
