Applied Industrial Technologies is currently seeking and has an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative at our Surrey, BC location.
In this role, you will provide our customers with expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems. Unlike most CSR roles, you will build ongoing business relationships with our customers through repeated contact and consultation. As this is a service and parts center, our ability to get customers’ business often depends on your ability to quickly and efficiently provide them with the right parts and / or solutions – especially when customers are experiencing costly equipment breakdowns. You may also occasionally have hands‑on duties that will require mechanical aptitude.

Compensation and Benefits
In accordance with the provincial wage transparency requirements, the expected base compensation for this position is $50,000–$65,000 per year (or more) depending on relevant experience, technical competencies, certifications, etc.
