Senior Accountant – Manufacturing Operations

(Accounting & Operations Finance Lead)

Location: Onsite – Manufacturing Facility (404–5 facility, 24/7 operation)
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 base
Benefits: Eligible after 2–3 months
Vacation: 3 weeks
Reports to: Controller
Direct Reports: 1 Accounting Clerk (direct report with dotted-line oversight)

Role Overview

This is a hands-on senior accounting role supporting a production-driven manufacturing environment. The position is designed to own day-to-day accounting execution, ERP integrity, and process improvement while freeing up time for the Controller.

This is not a traditional Accounting Manager role and is not a pure FP&A or pricing strategy position. It is best suited for a Senior Accountant or CPA-track professional who is strong operationally, comfortable working alongside production teams, and focused on accuracy, controls, and continuous improvement.

The facility operates 24/7. This role works standard business hours but supports a business that runs continuously, requiring responsiveness and strong coordination with operations.
