Responsibilities
- The Project Controls Analyst I will help ensure regional consistency in alignment of service quality with the goal of continuous improvement in service delivery through oversight for governance, quality, and data integrity through internal audit functions.
- Work with the Senior Project Director to ensure contract wide compliance with SDR and processes
- Report on data from Project Controls Analyst (PCA) on regular basis to provide Sr. Director with up to date trending and actionable items
- Monitor documentation sent to PSPC
- Track timelines and outstanding approvals of documents
- Participate in monthly project review meetings to take minutes, track ongoing issues and escalation items
- Work with PCA II during monthly billing exercise to ensure compliance to the SDR and Milestone Billing rules
- Regular monitoring and trending to KPI deliverables
- Prepare reports, follow-up on key initiatives, maintain & update documentation and perform other clerical duties
Qualifications
College diploma in a related discipline with 1 to 3 years demonstrated experienceStrong computer skills, highly proficient with MS Office and Excel skills, with advanced working knowledge on customized excel reporting, pivot tables and formattingStrong experience in taking and formatting minutes of meetingsAbility to work independently and without supervisionStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong time management skills and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsBilingualism an assetDiversity & Equal Opportunity
