Responsibilities

• The Project Controls Analyst I will help ensure regional consistency in alignment of service quality with the goal of continuous improvement in service delivery through oversight for governance, quality, and data integrity through internal audit functions.
• Work with the Senior Project Director to ensure contract wide compliance with SDR and processes
• Report on data from Project Controls Analyst (PCA) on regular basis to provide Sr. Director with up to date trending and actionable items
• Monitor documentation sent to PSPC
• Track timelines and outstanding approvals of documents
• Participate in monthly project review meetings to take minutes, track ongoing issues and escalation items
• Work with PCA II during monthly billing exercise to ensure compliance to the SDR and Milestone Billing rules
• Regular monitoring and trending to KPI deliverables
• Prepare reports, follow-up on key initiatives, maintain & update documentation and perform other clerical duties
