What we are looking for:
Fiera Infrastructure Inc. (“Fiera Infrastructure”), headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, is currently recruiting for the position of Investor Relations Manager. This individual will provide exceptional support in managing investor relationships by ensuring timely communication and high-quality materials, while leveraging a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio to contribute to a best-in-class investor experience.

Fiera Infrastructure’s focus is on acquiring essential infrastructure assets that generate long-term stable cash flows. Fiera Infrastructure’s portfolio spans subsectors, with a thematic focus on energy transition, social, and digital infrastructure.
Your responsibilities:
- Play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective investors and consultants. This is achieved through thoughtful professional communications across of a variety of channels.
- Develop and track investor relationship strategies and activities to support the pipeline of fundraising opportunities across all active fundraise activities
- Serve as a key product specialist in order to clearly and accurately articulate them across a variety of audiences and contexts
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of the firm’s communications with investors
- Lead the creation, review, and dissemination of marketing content to ensure the consistent development of high-quality, timely deliverables
- Partner closely with the Asset Management, Finance, Legal, and Investment teams to ensure that their inputs are being leveraged across materials and that, over time, their time spent on marketing is used with increasing efficiency
- Assist with market intelligence and benchmarking to facilitate the team’s understanding of our product competitiveness and how we can more effectively compete to win
- Build relationships and collaborate with the Fiera Capital distribution and marketing teams, consultants, and cornerstone LPs in order to become a trusted liaison for all Fiera Infrastructure marketing materials
- Participate in and support the SVP of Investor Relations and the senior leadership team with ad hoc strategic initiatives to drive business growth (e.g. product development, co-investment syndication, investor meetings and site visits)
Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the infrastructure sector
- Experience in supporting best practices relative to communications and marketing strategies
- Resourceful, collaborative and able to work successfully across functional groups
- Understanding of finance fundamentals at both the operating company level and the PE/investor level, including how investment managers create value
- Highly client service-oriented
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to take ownership of the investor experience and work product
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, and Excel
- Motivation to take on new projects and expand skillset
- Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in economics, business or a related/equivalent field
