Business Development Professional – Right‑Link Transport

Right‑Link Transport is at the forefront of the transportation, logistics, and warehousing industry. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Professional to drive expansion, identify new opportunities, cultivate long‑term relationships, and enhance market presence through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Intelligence : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and discern emerging trends that align with strategic goals.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Implement strategies to attract new clients while nurturing existing relationships to foster loyalty and long‑term engagement.
  • Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and execute robust sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proposal Development : Craft customized proposals that meet client needs, demonstrating clear value and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure : Negotiate terms that benefit both parties and successfully close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration with Operations : Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Extensive industry experience in trucking, logistics, or related sectors.
  • Outstanding sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting / exceeding revenue targets.
  • Robust network in dry‑van FTL freight.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

    Business Development Associate – Estoras Group (Remote)

    Position Overview : Drive sales across all Estoras Group companies, focusing on new client acquisition, revenue growth from existing accounts, and franchise sales with a global reach. Commission‑based compensation.

    Core Responsibilities :

  • Identify and acquire new B2B, B2C, and franchise clients.
  • Sell a broad range of products and services across all portfolio companies.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to up‑sell and secure new contracts / SOWs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and senior partners for smooth hand‑off and delivery.
  • Accurately enter sales and contract details into Zoho Projects for commission tracking.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and report on sales activities and forecasts.
  • Compensation Structure :

  • 10% commission on gross profit for new client acquisition.
  • 6% commission on gross profit for new contracts or up‑sells from existing clients.
  • Annual team bonuses for exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deal Size : $2,000–$2,000,000

    Requirements :

  • Experience in B2B / B2C / franchise sales.
  • Extensive business network or proven ability to build one.
  • Proactive outreach and relationship‑building.
  • Coach‑able and open‑minded.
  • Able to work globally with reliable internet.
  • Excellent English communication.
  • Target‑driven, commission‑only comfortable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM / Zoho.
  • Coaching available for those with drive, loyalty, honesty, and strong work ethic.
  • Web Development Program Manager – Medalogix (Remote)

    Full time, permanent position. Lead and oversee web development projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality web solutions that exceed client expectations.

    Responsibilities :

  • Manage and prioritize projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Lead developers and designers to execute tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Communicate updates and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in web development project management.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
