Data Entry Operator (Major Bank - Financial District DT Toronto - No Exp Needed)

Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is looking to hire entry level data entry operators to help support their corporate office located in the heart of downtown Toronto, ON.

Please note - this role is 100% in office in the downtown Toronto area.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following :

• Review account details and system‑generated information to verify accuracy.
• Validate that account data matches required standards and aligns with internal documentation.
• Perform routine checks to confirm that information displayed in the system is correct and complete.
• Record findings clearly and accurately in tracking systems or internal databases.
• Follow established procedures to document verification steps and outcomes.
• Maintain high attention to detail while processing large volumes of data.
• Escalate discrepancies or irregularities to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Ensure all work is completed within defined quality and productivity targets.
