Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated  Tunnel Engineer  to join the Hatch Infrastructure in our Tunnels Practice in Mississauga. New infrastructure and revitalizing assets are a key part of growth for any economy. Our knowledge of infrastructure includes aviation, highways and bridges, planning and advisory services, ports, rail and transit, tunnels, and water. As the Tunnelling and Trenchless Technology Delivery Lead and Specialist, you will :

• Lead and support the design and construction of tunnelling and trenchless technology installations for water and wastewater conveyance systems.
• Provide technical expertise in tunnelling and trenchless technology methods.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and contract documents, including geotechnical investigations and geotechnical reports.
• Conduct feasibility studies, constructability reviews, and risk assessments.
• Manage and support project delivery from conceptual design through detailed design and construction support.
• Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineers.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project outcomes and compliance with applicable industry standards.
• Demonstrate strong command of the English language with excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, including business development and client liaison.

Base salary range : $115,000 - $165,000
