Description de posteExperience in kitchen or bathroom sales (stainless steel sink experience is a strong asset) Background in showroom sales, outbound sales, or selling to developers / designers Proven ability to manage a sales territory independently Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and willingness to travel (travel across Canada and occasional U.S. travel may be required) Base Salary : $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience) Car allowance, cellphone reimbursement and expense account Benefits after 3 months RRSP matching after 6 months 3 weeks paid vacation Be part of a Canadian start‑up manufacturer at the ground level Huge growth and advancement opportunities Strong marketing and leadership support

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing your own book of business from the ground up. This is a true hunter‑style role with full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting through close.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy across British Columbia
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Build long‑term relationships with developers, designers, showrooms, and distributors
- Manage the full sales cycle independently
- Represent the brand at meetings, presentations, and industry events
