Program Manager

Insight Global is looking for a technical program manager with experience working within cybersecurity. The main responsibilities include : develop, document, and deliver the (CTPR) data strategy and data enablement, including detailed project plans, roadmaps, and recommendations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across various teams and stakeholders, including status updates and presentations tailored to both technical and business audiences.
• Consult with users, management, vendors, architects, engineers, and enterprise data teams to assess data analytics needs and functional requirements.
• Lead interviews and workshops to capture business and technical needs, and document interview summaries and requirements matrices.
• Clear current and future state (processes, data flow, tools, architecture).
• Engage with department heads and other leaders to solicit issues.
• Lead the development of an operating model and participate in staffing decisions for data-related initiatives.
• Evaluate solution proposals from technology partners and vendors to assess project feasibility and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Hands‑on with “pen on paper” to draft and deliver data strategy and enablement user help system.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions.

The project this program manager will be working on will be documentation of use cases and functional requirements of each group. They will assist with planning for the data migration into the data lake. They will also be documenting and solutioning where we find duplication of data / processes / tools to help eliminate that cross‑over. The creation of the data lake will assist with cleaning data, and having one source of data for multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy and elimination of duplicate data that differs.
