Senior Benefits Analyst - Bilingual English/Spanish – Job Description

• Provide expertise and support to the client as they coordinate and implement their employee group benefits model with 41+ vendors across a variety of global territories

• Coordinate signatures of contracts between vendors and global signatories

Senior Benefits Analyst - Bilingual English/Spanish – Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years supporting the implementation, coordination and operation of group employee benefits plans globally, preferably in a large organization

• Experience with benefits operations

• Experience liaising, communicating directly with benefits carriers

• Large organization experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Must be Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese)
