We are seeking a Commercial Insurance CSR with a strong background in commercial insurance to join a growing team specializing in the REALTY sector. This role is all about exceptional service to the commercial clients, with a focus on policy lifecycle management, client advocacy, and strong relationship building. You’ll act as a key liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams, delivering top-tier customer service and technical support throughout the policy lifecycle. Key Responsibilities :

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

Build strong, sustainable relationships with clients and insurance underwriters through

clear, interactive communication.

Conduct pre-renewal reviews and assess coverage changes with clients.

Negotiate and present renewal terms and coverage options.

Conduct in-person or virtual client visits as needed.

Policy Administration & Coverage Management

Issue binders, proof of insurance, and certificates of insurance.

Ensure certificates are issued efficiently and accurately in compliance with agreements.

Review and process renewals, billing, and premium collection. Contract & Risk Review Review leases, vendor agreements, indemnity clauses, and insurance requirements for

compliance. Collaborate with insurers to ensure contractual compliance and advocate on behalf of

clients. Policy Lifecycle & Account Maintenance

Prepare property valuations, update tenant lists, and maintain building improvement logs. Produce and update Statements of Values for realty clients. Ensure timely issuance of liability slips (auto) and ensure insurer documentation is

complete. Claims & Reporting Report claims, provide advocacy, and conduct pre-claim assessments. Follow up with insurers and ensure clients receive timely claim contact.
