Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of movers, ensuring smooth execution of all moving tasks, from packing to unloading.
• Coordinate with clients to manage expectations and ensure a stress-free moving experience.
• Supervise and actively participate in loading, unloading, packing, and unpacking, focusing on efficiency and safety.
• Train and mentor junior movers on best practices, safety protocols, and customer service.
• Take responsibility for the care and handling of customer belongings, ensuring every item is treated with respect.
