What You’ll Do
- Engage with Customers : Welcome guests to the dealership, listen to their needs, and help them find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Provide Expert Guidance : Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and confidently to ensure customers feel informed and supported.
- Build Lasting Relationships : Follow up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Team : Work closely with Sales Managers and colleagues to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Stay Informed : Continuously update your knowledge of new models, features, and industry trends to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Attitude : A positive, customer-first approach with a strong desire to help others.Drive : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.Qualifications : Valid driver’s license and familiarity with financing options.What We Offer
