Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright / Mechanic to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with preventative maintenance, and the ability to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, align, dismantle, and move machinery and equipment (pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and carry out timely repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
• Perform welding, cutting, fitting, and fabrication as required.
• Lubricate machinery and replace worn parts.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Follow all health & safety procedures and lockout / tagout protocols.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability.
