On behalf of our client in the Financial Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for an IT Technical Advisor.
IT Technical Advisor – Job Description
Responsible for timely basic access management and basic coordination of customers and suppliers
Creation / modification / deletion of basic access (AD groups, creation of new broker accounts, Mainframe, etc.)
Manage the full lifecycle of broker and employee accounts
Manage service SLAs and KPIs, overall quality of IAM service deliverables, and drive continuous improvement
Manage key stakeholders of IAM security services
Analyzes, identifies and corrects access risks in the various systems
Strong communication skills
IT Technical Advisor – Mandatory Skills
In-depth knowledge of PC and centralized system environments
Advanced knowledge of Windows, MS Office, LAN / WAN
Knowledge of Unix and Oracle
Knowledge of centralized environments (AS / 400, etc.)
Team spirit

Excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis
Action oriented
IT Technical Advisor - Nice to Have Skills
Knowledge of Sailpoint would be an asset
Bilingual English / French an asset
