Randstad has partnered with a dynamic organization. Now we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team, located in Burlington.

Calling all Accounts Payable professionals! We have an exciting opportunity located in Burlington through Randstad Finance & Accounting.

Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Burlington, ON (On-site)
Rate of Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (3-month initial contract)

Responsibilities
• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately using Acumatica software.
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies or payment inquiries promptly.
• Assist with the weekly cheque run and electronic fund transfers (EFT).
• Support the Accounts Receivable team during peak periods with cash applications or credit notes.
• Maintain digital filing systems and ensure all documentation complies with internal audit standards.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dedicated Accounts Payable role.
• Proven experience working within the Acumatica platform.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) experience or knowledge is considered a strong asset.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
